Established more than 120 years ago, Alpha Xi Delta provides leadership development and service opportunities for women at colleges and universities nationwide. In addition to its collegiate programs, Alpha Xi Delta encourages its alumnae to continue the pursuit of personal development with A Clear Vision of Life: The Wellbeing Program. This bi-monthly program invites alumnae to participate in a series of challenges, each focused on a different aspect of personal wellbeing.
For example, the Physical Wellbeing challenge encourages alumnae to take care of their oral hygiene, while the Social Wellbeing challenge offers suggestions for ways to stay connected to friends and family while social distancing. The Financial Wellbeing challenge offers practical tips for saving money on hard-to-find cleaning products. Participants can fill out a brief survey each time they complete a challenge, which puts them in the running to win various prizes.
